Woolston Millennium Garden is a section of Woolston Community Association, registered charity number 302000. They operate from Woolston Community Centre, Church Road, Woolston, Southampton SO19 9FU.
In accordance with the conditions of the planning permission, the terms of the lease with Southampton City Council, and the terms of the contract with the garden designer, the Association is entrusted with the preservation of the original design concept and consequently the identity of the garden, and also of course, with the ongoing maintenance necessary to carry out that obligation.
The team of volunteers currently responsible for carrying out the management and maintenance of the garden is as follows:
